I KNOW EXACTLY what is going on with you~~I started that mess right before Christmas for almost 3 weeks straight!! Man, in those few seconds, minutes, hours, you DO NOT CARE about anything else but to COOL off, right?
My sister was telling me about an episode on "The New Adventures of Old Christine" where she was pulling her shirt over her head while driving...HYSTERICAL!!
Keep the fans blowing and as little clothing as the law will allow~~LOL!

At least having firemen around would make you forget about them...
Good evening , I am done with the hot flashes..I always kept a small electric fan in my purse and used it often!!! Having firemen around would make my power surges climb higher!!!

You are preaching to the choir girl! Do yourself a favor and buy some of those little hand held battery operated fans and keep one close by. My has been a lifesaver. I don't even care what people think when I pull it out whereever I am. When a flash occurs, I'm almost in a panic.

I'm still hot and have been for years! My hormones have betrayed me for sure!!! I'm not sure I ever believed people when they talked about hot flashes, so I'm getting it double....I'm waiting for the age where I'm cold! :)
Just remember - this too shall pass. And it will. Some short term use of hormone replacement therapy may be in order. But maybe not! It would have to be really short term use!! On second thought, you'll just have to deal with it. It's a lot better when it's over. LOL LOL Sharon
