Octuplets
♥
NOPE... there is nothing wrong with this picture. Yes, 8 babies, 8 babies
I just had to post about this today. When I first heard this news I thought ," OMG you've got to be kidding me"...at this point I thanked God for our "twins"...we only THOUGHT we had our hands full. Like our twins these babies were born 9 weeks early. Second time in history for this to occur in the United States. 48 doctors and nurses present at birth and all 8 babies born within 5 mins....can you image the hustle and bustle getting that job done! Another amazing bit of info....mom plans to breastfeed!! So lets calculate this...1 baby for 15 mins on each breast= 30 mins x 8 babies=4 hrs x 3 feedings=12 hrs per day breastfeeding....OMG An incredible super-woman. What would you do with 8 babies?? All I can say about this is.....as we say in the south, "Bless ya heart"!!..... ♥

I mean you think, 'I'm gonna have a baby' you never think 'I'm gonna have 8 babies!!'
What would I do? I'd have my mom and mom in law move in! Probably 2 of my sisters too! LOL!!
Thank God you have 2 sisters and willing grandmothers!!! HA!!!!
I heard that too. I instantly thought of ya'll. We re glad that it is just two blessings, huh?! It is it REALLY possible to breast feed that many babies?

OMG! I can't imagine what life would be like with 8 babies at one time. Breastfeeding eight babies? I don't think so!! When my third baby came along I thought life was so out of control that it wouldn't matter how many more babie we had, it couldn't get worse. But - I was thinking one at a time! Thankfully, we stopped with three. Sharon
good gravy! and I thought the three single babies I had made me crazy! that poor woman...and that lucky mom...all in one...I bet she stops breast feeding real fast! lol
good luck to her!
I just pray that they continue to do as well as they have so far. I know that these first days are so crucial and, as you know, it doesn't end there. I am sure that they will need lots of help along the way. God bless all of them.
I can't imagine taking care of 8 babies at one time. Amazing, but such a miracle. It reminds me of the saying, "God won't give you more than you can handle". Their life will certainly be crazy, but totally blessed!!! Thanks for visiting my blog. I will enjoy reading your blog, as well.
Love & blessings from NC!
I can't wrap my mind around the thought of having 8 babies to care for!! Wow!
Hugs!

Let's hope that mom gets some volunteers from La Leche League to help with that feeding. Thanks for sharing.
It's hard to comprehend eight babies at one time, isn't it. May God bless them ... and their mama and daddy. They're going to need it!
Thank you for the nice comment you made about my pictures. That's always nice to hear. You asked about my camera -- it's a Canon EOS Rebel XSi/450D -- and it does all the work for me.
Sincerely,
Janie
Raxx- I can't get to your blog. Are you having problems? I can get your profile but can't get to your blog.
